We offer Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Feeding Therapy, Group Therapy programs, Allied Health Assistant support, and ADOS autism assessments.
Yes. We support children, teens, and adults. Your appointment type and clinician will depend on what you need help with.
Complete our online New Patient or Waitlist form or contact the clinic and our team will help you book the right appointment.
If you are planning to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need a GP referral under a Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan.
Sometimes. Our waitlist changes across services. If there is a wait, you can still submit your details and we will contact you when an appointment becomes available.
We offer in clinic appointments and telehealth. Some services can also be delivered in the community (home, school, childcare) depending on what is most appropriate.
If travel is required, travel time is billed and there is a cap on the maximum travel charged.
Yes. We work with NDIS participants and our fees are aligned with the NDIS pricing arrangements. We support self managed, plan managed, and NDIA managed funding.
Private health rebates may be available for OT and Speech Pathology depending on your level of cover.
Medicare rebates may be available under a Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan with a GP referral (rebate amounts are set by Medicare and can change over time).
Yes. Reports, letters, and other supports (like liaising with schools or other providers) can be provided when needed and are billed in addition to session time.
For ADOS assessments, a comprehensive report is included as part of the assessment pathway.
Please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or do not attend, a cancellation fee may apply, including any planned travel. In some emergency situations, the fee may be waived (as outlined in the service agreement).
NDIS funding can be used for therapy services, including parent sessions and meetings. Depending on your plan, it may also cover some resources. Your Local Area Coordinator can help confirm what is included in your plan.
